The Value of ONE Customer

CRAZY experience at the dry cleaners this week.  Made me think long and hard about “What is the value of ONE, just ONE customer?”  In a generation of “value” seekers, it is clear that if you want to be the “solution” to the needs of those around you, you MUST present VALUE & Service that makes your clients feel VALUABLE and cared for!  This video is an example of WHAT NOT TO DO and how to learn from this dry cleaners BIG MISTAKE.  (Pretty Woman – “Big Mistake…HUGE mistake!)
