For the past two weeks, I keep hearing the words in my head, “NEXT LEVEL”. In a number of my coaching sessions this week, I continue to refer to their “evolution” in faith, family, finances, and fitness as their NEXT LEVEL experience. Some of them are passing through seasons of great challenge and some even tragedy. But ALL OF THEM are being given an opportunity to prove strong in the midst of adversity so that they can elevate to new levels of authority and peace. What do I mean?
Have you ever played a video game where you can see that there is another level that offers “more” that what you are currently experiencing, but for some reason it is locked and won’t let you play “there”? In order to access that part of the game, you have to complete specific missions, pass certain tests or accomplish a goal that is defined by the creator of the game. In fact, before the next level is revealed, it usually comes with massive opposition or obstacles that seem to almost guard against you accessing the door to next level freedom.
In LIFE, much like those games, God allows life circumstances to come our way, not to hinder us or hurt us, but to give us opportunity to conquer in “little things” so that He can open up doors to bigger things and NEXT LEVEL LEADERSHIP.
If you are still having a challenge with forgiveness, pride, anger, immorality, greed or other forms of lower level consciousness, consider it a season to transcend or elevate your thinking into a higher level perspective. You are “in this world” but are not to be “of this world”. You are surrounded by temptations, but the true test is your ability to transcend temptation so that you can gain access to higher levels of freedom, joy and abundance, also known as “heaven on earth” consciousness.
This life, though temporal and bound to the physical limitations of form, gravity and matter, is not a prison for you to suffer through. Instead, it is an an opportunity for you to pass through various levels of your spiritual experience and transcend from an “earth bound” consciousness into a “heaven on earth” existence.
As you do this in your daily walk, you will begin to have a sense of peace that passes logic or understanding. You will feel calm in the midst of storms. In time, as you identify less with the things of this world, you will move into a place of oneness with the eternal source of life, God Himself. Like Christ, you will walk among the pains of this world and yet see what others can’t see, feel what others can’t feel, love when others can’t love and live like others will never live unless they, too, pass their tests and step into a “next level” life.
