1. Avoid the Comparison Trap
The comparison trap is perhaps one of the most debilitating baits sucking us into a life of distraction, dissatisfaction and an insatiable hunger for more. How can you be #1 in YOUR game without falling into the trap of having to live up to the expectations of the world around you?
2. Be #1 In the WORD
The difference between a hunger for success in the WORLD and success in the WORD is drastic. One leaves you with a thirst that will never be satisfied and the other will give you living water that will never run dry and in which you will never thirst again.
The WORLD offers possessions. The WORD offers purpose
The WORLD offers profits. The WORD offers peace.
The WORLD says, “Get, get.” The WORD says, “Give and it shall be given.”
The WORLD says, “Seek revenge.” The WORD says, “Love your enemies.”
The WORLD says, “Climb the ladder.” The WORD says, “Bow
The WORLD says, “Gain Power”. The WORD says, “Humble thyself.”
When you learn to take dominion in your life, living the opposite of what the world values, you will find peace AND provision.
3. Know Your Hedgehog Values
– What are you most passionate about?
_ What can you be #1 in the world at? (REALLY)
_ What is your TRUE economic engine?
